It\u2019s not only the right thing to do; it\u2019s the profitable thing to do. As lawyers and advocates, the former should be enough motivation\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I urge you to step outside of your comfort zone and get to know someone who you think, or see as \u201cdifferent.\u201d You\u2019ll not only learn something new about them, you may learn something new about yourself and who knows, you may discover that underneath all that diversity, we\u2019re not all that different anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The future isn\u2019t female nor is it fluid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The future is a mosaic of skills, knowledge and talent, colour, shapes and sizes, genders, age and sexuality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The future is art. The future is science.
